If you're unable to activate the LeapMe keyboard, please first check the following settings:
- Go to the "⚙️ (Settings)" icon at the top right of the LeapMe app's home page.
- Check the "Keyboard Status."
If the "Keyboard Status" says "Not Set": You need to review your keyboard settings!
If the "Keyboard Status" says "Enabled": You still need to switch to the LeapMe keyboard!
How to Review Keyboard Settings
- Tap "Settings."
- Tap "Go to Settings."
- Select "Keyboard."
- Turn on "LEAP" and "Allow Full Access."
- Tap "Allow."
*Note: The warning that appears when enabling full access is displayed for all keyboard apps, not just LeapMe. It mentions the potential transfer of credit card numbers or personal information, but the LeapMe app does not collect or transmit any personal or credit card information. You can rest assured!
Once your keyboard settings are complete, you’ll need to switch to the LeapMe keyboard.
How to Switch to the LeapMe Keyboard
- Open a messaging app like LINE and bring up the keyboard.
- Long press the globe icon in the bottom left and select "LeapMe."
